Katherine (Katie) Gillespie
I began my vinyasa yoga practice over 20 years ago with a goal of leading a healthier lifestyle both physically and mentally.
I focus my teaching practice on yoga and mindfulness for survivors of trauma, particularly the military community, as well as strength and stability for all yogis. I love helping others learn about the practice of yoga and sharing its benefits.
In recent years I have added restorative yoga and meditation to my practice and enjoy teaching others about these challenging practices.
