Yoga and meditation practices offer us methods of connecting more deeply to ourselves, each other, and the Earth. This mini-retreat is designed to support these connections through two sessions: a morning “yang” session that integrates seasonal themes with breath practices, slow flowing yoga, and meditation and an afternoon “yin” session that integrates seasonal themes with yin and restorative yoga and yoga nidra. Registration is available for the morning session, afternoon session, and both sessions.
