A four-week series designed to support our transition from spring to summer. The first two weeks will focus on meridian or energy pathways in the body associated with the spring season (liver and gallbladder) and the second two weeks will focus on meridians associated with the summer season (heart and small intestine). Each hour-long session will include a yin yoga practice integrated with meditation, and/or breath practices.
Please sign up at least one hour prior to class and a Zoom link will be sent to you to access class. All classes in EST
